Dr. Fracasso joined the Ridgehill staff in 1987 after graduating from Purdue University. She has two dogs (Ryker and Winnie), five cats (Eightball, Otto, Bandit, Banjo, and Bucket), and an African Grey Parrot (Trudy).

Dr. Mariano joined the Ridgehill staff in 2001 after graduating from Purdue University. She has three cats (Thomas, Pipes, and Mister).

Dr. Dileone joined the staff at Ridgehill in 2002 after graduating from Iowa State University. She has a strong interest in soft tissue surgery and also sees pocket pets. In her spare time, she loves antiquing, swimming, and crocheting – which she taught herself to do on Youtube! She has her own pack of furry friends: four Chihuahua/Chi-mixes (Dillon, Avery, Ellie, and Marcello) and two cats (Wendell and Lizzie).

Dr. Pierce joined the staff at Ridgehill in March 2020 after graduating from Ross University and doing her clinical year at Colorado State. Originally from Delaware, Dr. Pierce did her undergraduate at the University of Delaware and was a veterinary technician for seven years prior to attending veterinary school. On the off chance that she isn’t at Ridgehill, Dr. Pierce loves to spend time with her fur babies: Pita (Island dog), Brownie (Pitbull/Boxer mix), Biscotti (Chiweenie), Squid (Great Dane), Shrimp (cat), and Pickles (cat).

Amber joined our team in November of 2003 after attending Post University. She has three pets: Artemis (Chihuahua mix), Rory (Chihuahua mix), and Obisid (cat).

Mary attended Northwestern CT Community College and joined our team in 2013. She has three cats: Kenshin, Cadence, and Phoenix.

Beth joined the Ridgehill team in 2015 and went to Nyack (NY) and National K9 School for Dog Trainers (Columbus, Ohio). She has a Golden Doodle named Jaymo.

Bianca has a boxer mix named Benjamin and two cats, Liam and Calliope.

Steven joined our team in April of 2021 and attended Quinnipiac University. He has a black lab named Lady.

Katie joined the Ridgehill team back in 2019 after attending the University of Vermont. In her free time, you can find Katie hiking/camping with her two dogs, Elphie and Moses. She also has two sweet cats, Brunhilda and Gifty.

Michelle joined the staff at Ridgehill in 2020. She came to us with over 11 years of experience working in the veterinary field. Michelle previously worked in the human medical field and has a degree in business management. She shares her home with four dogs.
