As we all are learning, COVID-19 is creating an ever changing list of protocols and the way we live our lives. At Ridgehill Animal Hospital our main goal is to treat your pets so that they are healthy and happy, while maintaining your safety and that of our staff. So, effective Wednesday March 18, 2020 please call the office 203-288-3307 from your vehicle when you arrive for your appointment. A staff member will come outside to get your pet and we will take all pertinent information and payment over the phone. A staff member will return your pet to you outside. Please make sure that all pets are in a carrier or on a leash.

Also, please call ahead for medication and prescription diet foods so that we can bring them to you. We are taking these measures so that we may remain healthy and able to continue to serve you, our FAMILY. Only pets and staff will be allowed into Ridgehill at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as we are trying to remain here for you and our furry friends.
